Already in our first class I realized that the classes were going to be interesting and fun. Marike can talk about anything and make it entertaining while teaching you real English. Every class motivates you to learn more and even if you are not in a good mood before your English class, you will leave with a smile on your face. Her people skills are outstanding, and her positive energy, optimism, and enthusiasm for her work and students know no bounds. Most importantly, after several years of grammar classes, now I have someone who focuses only on me and my mistakes while improving my fluency. This is what we do in class. From time to time, it is necessary to clarify grammatical issues, and Marike is excellent at that. In fact, she loves grammar. Working with her has made me feel so much more secure when talking in English. Even only after 4 months, I already felt that I had improved a lot and felt so much more confident when speaking English.
